Project Description:
This project involves the development of a 100 acre site into a central village area, 8 suburbs of architecturally designed houses (753 houses and apartments of varying sizes) and associated site works. The village area consists of a Retail Block comprising a supermarket, 3 retail units, 2 surgery units and 40 apartments over. It contains a Creche Building comprising a ground floor creche area, 3 nr retail units and 24 apartments. There is also a Public House comprising basement, ground and first floor. The associated site works, contain open spaces, road and cycle paths.
