Phase 1: Major upgrade of existing building to comply with Health & Safety and Building Regulations. Project completed in centre city site during a 3 month period in the summer of 1998.

Phase 2: Third Floor extension of 1444 m2 constructed in 1998/1999

Phase 1 Value: €3.25 million
Phase 2 Value: €2.35 million
